When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

- Your company name (optional)
- Your email address
- Your message
We do not collect any other personal data. This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Why we collect it
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We will never use your data for marketing purposes, and we will never share it with third parties — except as described below.
How your data is processed
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which forwards them to our email address. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data processor on our behalf. Their privacy policy can be found at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
We do not store your data beyond what arrives in our inbox. We do not use a CRM or any other data storage system.
How long we keep your data
Your message is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and deleted after our conversation concludes. We do not maintain mailing lists or contact databases.
Your rights (AVG/GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
